Booking & Cancellation Policy
All booking for Peachy Skin Clinic requires an active card on file to secure your appointment. Alternatively, you can secure your booking with a deposit that aligns with your designated treatment as stated below with the Cancellation Policy.
As a small business, cancellations greatly impact our ability to offer the best standard of care to both our clients and staff.
All Peachy Skin clients receive a confirmation email 7 days prior and a confirmation text message 4 days prior to their appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice. This is to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment or no-shows will incur a 50% charge for a full-priced service booked, or 100% charge of a promotional appointment. We may request treatments to be paid in full prior to your next service for repeated cancellations or no-shows. Upon creating a booking with Peachy Skin Clinic you are agreeing to the above T’s & C’s.
*We cannot accept notice for cancellations or rescheduling outside of business hours (eg: Sundays).
With all new client bookings there is a $80 Skin Consultation fee, however this is fully redeemable on products or treatments purchased on the day of your consultation.
Running Late
In instances where our clients find themselves running late to their appointment, please call ahead to notify us. We will always accommodate our clients where possible and are usually able to adjust your treatment time to compensate for 5-10 minutes. However, we will not be able to complete a service for clients running late by more than 50% of the treatment time. You may be offered an alternative service (at full price) if appropriate, otherwise it will be deemed as a no-show and the cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied for full priced treatments, or 100% for promotional treatments.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the treatment you receive, please contact the Clinic Coordinator within 24 hours of the service to provide feedback. We do not issue refunds on clinic services. Instead; we offer a complimentary repeat treatment to be used within 7 days or when deemed suitable by the Clinic Coordinator.
Treatment Outcomes
Treatment outcomes can vary between clients due to a multitude of factors including but not limited to: lifestyle, homecare routine, diet, sleep quality, stress levels, medication, medical history, substance & alcohol consumption and smoking.
This means that there are no guarantees in results. At Peachy Skin we aim to discuss and manage client expectations in a realistic manner during your initial consultation. If you disagree with Peachy Skin Clinics policies or deem them unsuitable for you, then we advise not going ahead with making a booking.
Refunds
Peachy Skin Clinic does not refund items for change of mind. All product purchases are final, and we cannot accept exchanges or product returns due to risk of contamination. This is unless an allergic reaction has taken place, or the product is faulty.
If an individual suspects a product they’ve purchased is faulty, then it needs to be brought back to the clinic within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase such as a receipt, or bank statement. The item will then be sent back to the manufacturer for review. If the manufacturer deems the product to be faulty, then a replacement item will be provided to the client. If the manufacturer deems the product is not faulty, then the product will be returned to the client for continued use.
If a client suffers an allergic reaction to the product then they must discontinue use immediately, take photos and contact Peachy Skin Clinic within 72 hours. A full refund will be provided if deemed an allergic reaction. Please note that refunds will not be issued for skin responses, only allergic reactions. Responses can present themselves immediately, or over time in the form of redness, dryness, and skin texture. For more information on the difference between a skin response and an allergy, contact the team at Peachy Skin Clinic. When purchasing a retail product or item from Peachy Skin Clinic, the client is doing so at their own discretion and of their own free will. All product and retail purchases are made in agreeance with Peachy Skin Clinics Product purchase policy.
Memberships
Memberships can not be cancelled after the cooling off period of 24 hours.
Memberships may be placed on suspension for up to a 3 month period in times of financial hardship, personal hardship or serious illness. In this period, no membership benefits can be claimed including discounted products, services, or free member benefits.
Memberships are transferable to another person.
The free member eyebrow wax or tint benefit can not be accumulated, and can only be used once a month.
Member discounts on products or services can not be used in conjunction with other sales and promotions.
Clients on a membership may have cancellation fees or treatments taken off their plan if our booking and cancellation policy is breached.
All individuals subscribing to a membership with Peachy Skin Clinic, do so at their own discretion, and therefore are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions.
Peachy Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website. By entering into a service, or making a booking with Peachy Skin Clinic, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
